You don’t really physically need to visit the registration centres and traffic departments to transfer black points to your license. If you have black points from Dubai or Abu Dhabi then you can transfer them to traffic data online provided your accurate contact information/mobile number is registered with the traffic department.

Dubai Black Points

1. Visit Dubai police website traffic fines section
2. Click on Access services
3. Search fines by traffic code number (TC Number) OR plate data
4. Click on pay with black points.

Important Note:

Your phone number associated with the driving license must be registered with Dubai police. You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and after entering the OTP, black points will be transferred to the license data.

Abu Dhabi Black Points

1. Visit Abu Dhabi Police E services
2. Click on register on top right corner
3. Enter your emirates ID number and you will see your mobile number listed with emirates ID
4. Click on the appropriate mobile number to receive the OTP
5. Enter the OTP and click submit
6. Enter your proposed username, password and your email to complete the registration
7. Click on vehicle services and click on transfer black points to the license data.
8. You will get OTP again and after entering the OTP, black points will be transferred to the license data.
